Griller-les dans un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/p><p>Tailler les poivrons en julienne. Eplucher et ciseller l\u2019oignon. Les faire revenir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 qu\u2019ils soient bien fondants. Ajouter les herbes et l\u2019ail.<\/p><p>Tailler la tomate en grosses tranches.<\/p><p>R\u00e9hydrater 60 g des \u00e9pic\u00e9es chimichurri dans 150 ml d\u2019eau chaude durant 4 min.<\/p><p>Griller la prot\u00e9ine avec un filet d\u2019huile, du sel et du poivre. Incorporer la sauce tomate \u00e0 la fin.<\/p><p>Disposer dans un plat allant au four, les tranches d\u2019aubergines, de courgettes, la prot\u00e9ine de soja \u00e0 la sauce tomate, les tranches de tomates fra\u00eeches et terminer par une autre tranche\u00a0<span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">d\u2019aubergine.
